The garden behind the gate

Julie Baker used the new Gate Folding die to create this lovely look into the garden. With the image from the decoupage sheet behind ti and the added flowers it creates a depth.

Start with white card to make a card base and cut to dimensions 23 x 13.5cms.

Lay the gate dies on the two short edges, run through cutting machine and you have a really pretty card base!

Cut design paper to fit into middle section of card blank and matt onto a slightly larger piece of purple card.  Fix to central panel.   Cut picture from decoupage sheet with round die and mount onto a slightly larger circle of purple card.  Cut out mandala in white card and fix picture piece on top and then onto central panel of card base.

Cut out two lupin flowers in white card then ink through the die, one in pink, one in purple. Add to one side of central panel.  Cut two labels, one white, one purple.  Stamp chosen sentiment onto white label and fix on top of purple one.  Add some ribbon and a pearl and add to flowers.
