Gnome with flowers just for you

This little garden gnome has been very busy at work. Ook at all his lovely flowers! Julie combined both floral stamps and cutting-dies to create this beautiful card.

Die cut base mat in purple card stock using largest Scalloped Square Die.  Cut a piece of design paper into a square, slightly smaller than scalloped mat and fix in place. Fix onto white card blank.

On a piece of white card stock, randomly stamp the floral stamps using the various coloured inks.  From the Colourful Silhouette stamp set pick a couple of the smaller flower images and again stamp in different colours on the mat, until you are happy with the effect.  Cut the inked piece to a square approximately 10 x10 cm, mat onto a slightly larger piece of purple card and fix at an angle to first mat.

Die cut the watering can in the purple card stock, then die cut flowers of choice from the Wildflower Die sets.  Arrange in place through the slit at the top of the watering can and fix to the bottom left hand corner. I’ve also added a cornflower die cut to the front of the watering can for decoration.

Stamp the gnome and wheelbarrow and then die cut out.  I always do this before colouring in case the die moves going through my die cutting machine!   Colour with alcohol markers and fix to the bottom of the card so that the images hang over the mats onto the card base.   Die cut the sentiment tags using the Text Label Dies and add sentiment of your choice.
